Dickinson Business Law Society offering virtual pop-up clinics for entrepreneurs

With residents across Pennsylvania sheltering in place during the COVID-19 pandemic, Penn State Dickinson Law’s Business Law Society is converting two upcoming entrepreneur pop-up clinics to virtual sessions, allowing people to participate from their homes. Abington LaunchBox business accelerator supports student’s drone firm

February 9, 2020 By Regina Broscius ABINGTON, Pa. — The Penn State Abington LaunchBox, an early-stage business accelerator, is supporting an Abington student who owns a commercial drone business. Sophomore Nino Efendic operates Aerial Prospex, which provides progress reports, inspections, and photogrammetry to the commercial real estate, construction, and engineering industries. Budding business owners shine during Global Entrepreneurship Week

November 17, 2017 ABINGTON, Pa. — Penn State Abington showcased its thriving small-business ecosystem during Global Entrepreneurship Week with presentations by students in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation (ENTI) minor livestreamed throughout the University. Sophomore Robert Zigmund described the evolution of his business, Bird’s Eye Drone Productions, with support from Abington. As a freshman enrolled in ENTI courses, he won the college’s inaugural LaunchBox business plan competition.
