The Brandywine LaunchBox held a Youth Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math (STEAM) and Startup Day for middle school students on May 14.

Twenty-one entrepreneurs and community members gathered April 16 at Penn State Lehigh Valley for a LaunchBox Ladies Speaker event that focused on the art and evolution of the business pitch. 

Penn State Mechanical Engineering Professor David Williams, alongside mechanical engineering doctoral student Chun Sen Liu, is working to automate the correction of geometric inconsistencies in aircraft design models. They participated in the Invent Penn State U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) I-Corps regional short course program to align their work with industry need.

Penn State alums Bobby Morgan, Ben Morgan and Freddie Scott II, as well as Penn State adjunct professor Beth Shaha, are bringing leadership development programming to student entrepreneurs, student-athletes and veterans through Invent Penn State programs.
